This freestyle disco class is fun, fast and highly expressive. It is designed to build stamina, flexibility, core strength, and performance confidence.
Class focus on :
- Freestyle techniques and basics.
- Kicks, Leaps, Jumps and Spins.
- Learning routines and rounds for both recreational and competitive.
- Stretching, flexibility and stamina.
Open to all abilities.
Price:
£29.00 per month
This class is covered by a regular payment every month.
Subscription: Your subscription will be taken on the 1st of each month. All fees are split pro-rota therefore averaged over 12 months (January - December) which makes it simple and equal payment each month. There are 42 weeks in the year.
Please note any changes or cancellations to your plan must be emailed 14 days prior to next payment date or you will still be charged the following month, any cancellations of plans may occur extra charge which will be calculated via prorata system.
